This interactive workshop introduces you to a variety of tools that will help you to blast through creative blocks and discover your authentic Creative Self.

This 6 week class will help you to identify these stories and teach you how to write, edit and polish one of them. You don't have to be a seasoned writer to attend as all levels of ability are welcome.

Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30
6 week class: $45 for 2 days/week, or $25 for one day/week

The class features Aerobics at Moderate intensity and low impact (we're all over 50 and most 60!) The second part of the class features abdominal work using the resist-a-ball which you can purchase at Ocean State Job Lot for $10.00. We have a lot of fun and get exercise too.
